I am very satisfied so far with the service I have received to-date . However, I am waiting on a response to enable me to move forward with the next step towards our journey later in the year.

I received a great assistance and support from the Dohop team after having a flight change with Easyjet

Super scammy. Vueling has integrated DOHOP into their site so it LOOKS like you're booking direct (something I always try to do because if anything happens, you're dealing with the airline directly).
I thought I was paying Vueling and booking through vueling (again, it's on their own website!) and then I see the charges come in from DOHOP. I was annoyed, but I thought, well it's fine - they must still respect the same policies as Vueling if they're literally on their site.
Wrong! I started getting emails from DOHOP like "don't forget to protect your trip because if your first flight is delayed and you don't make you're connection, we're not going to cover it!"
Defeats the whole purpose of booking "direct" and, if I had known and they weren't super shady about the REAL purchase, I would've just bought from Booking/eDreams/Kiwi or any of the other 3rd party slop that is AT LEAST cheaper than DOHOP and just as slimey!

Iris was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. This was not an emergency, flight times had changed and I wasn’t going to make a connecting flight.
She was reassuring from the start that things would be sorted.

I was guided and very well advised. Then, in 10 days, I received the refund. I can only say that the customer service is truly exceptional. Sincere compliments.

Anna the Dohop representative contacted EasyJet on our behalf as a connecting flight was cancelled. This took the hassle of contacting them ourselves. The reply was quick and we will receive a full refund in the next 7-10 days. Will definitely take out their insurance when booking EasyJet again

Flight from IOM to Liverpool delayed which meant I would miss connecting flight. Phoned Dohop and within hour offered alternative flight arrangements. However other delays then occurred in fast changing situation which required further phone calls to identify other alternatives. All worked out satisfactorily. Staff (including Bertha and Iris) were extremely helpful.

This company is fraudulent and an absolute scam. Got scammed, accidentally clicking (and stupidly not double checking as I usually would) on their link in Google which is duplicated, very cleverly, on Easyjet branding. Even their systems for booking (I am a regular Easyjet user), etc, in fact virtually EVERYTHING was identical to the usual Easyjet booking experience. I was then charged >£10 for the service. Thankfully I still received my Easyjet tickets, however be warned and more careful than I when searching for Easyjet via Google.

My first flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connection and be stuck overnight. I called Dohop customer service. They informed me that I should buy a new flight and a hotel under a certain amount (I believe it was $100) and then submit a claim. I did this and submitted a claim for the new flight, hotel, transportation, and food. I received the full refund about a month later. I recommend the company!

We arranged a connecting flight through EasyJet's website unaware of 1) who Dohop were and 2) that we were using their services up until very late on in the booking process. It came as a shock to see the added charge to our booking, because this wasn't made clear at the start of the process. More concern though was how little time there was between connections they had suggested. After completing the booking and reviewing the full details of the itinerary we discovered that we had exactly 1 hour for our family of 4 to disembark from a connecting flight providing it wasn't delayed, pass through security as non EU customers in peak holiday season, collect our suitcases from the conveyor, leave arrivals and reenter the airport to drop off our bags before check-in closed. The time would have seemed adequate for a single passenger carrying hand luggage, though not for us. Concerned that we may end up stranded, we sort to cancel our flights within the next 24 hours. EasyJet were great, they empathised, apologised for the situation we were put in and arranged full refunds of the flights. However, Dohops response was very different. They don't recognise cooling off periods and refused to refund their service charge despite the problem being caused by their company and not EasyJet. All we received in response was quoting of terms and conditions that weren't clear to see at the time of booking. From a customer perspective we feel that we were given bad advice from Dohop. Yes, we went ahead and completed the booking, though a reasonable cooling off period should be offered. No doubt this review will receive a response from Dohop requoting terms and conditions as well as claiming adequate connection time was provided, though they are missing the point. As customers we weren't comfortable with the situation and responded with our concerns promptly, good customer services would have shown understanding and flexibility neither of which we received. We will avoid using Dohop in the future.
