Be careful with this company

Be careful with this company, as they act like scammers, especially on Skyscanner. They create misleading pages that resemble airline websites and then attempt to charge you quietly, even when no service has been provided. They may charge you a few days later for the same transaction you already canceled through their support.

In my case, I was redirected to a misleading page that looked like Vueling, but it was actually Dohop. They failed to book any tickets for me, but still charged my card for their fee and one of the tickets. After spending the whole day dealing with support to cancel a service I never intended to purchase, they charged me the same amount again the next day.

Very positive experience

Everyone I was in touch were very nice, reliable and responsive. When our flight was changed- Dohop team explained us everything, advised the alternative flight and covered all the expences caused by the change. The refund process was very easy and clear. Dohop’s websites have the look and feel…

Dohop’s websites have the look and feel of a regular airline including the airline’s name in the URL. When you book through them and things go wrong they suddenly become a search engine for flights and the customer service is so kind to explain to you that you were stupit enough to book through them and that you can kiss your money goodbye. My advice, book with regular airlines and not through flight by night scammers.
As explained by Dohop in their last reply, I tried nto book with an airline and was redirected to Dohop. Hoiwever, the URL made you believe that you were still on the airline's website. You think your ticket is issued by the airline but it is not. Every leg of the voyage comes with a separate ticket, so that in case one leg gets disrupted or delayed, you cannot claim any refund, compensation, or rescheduling for the other legs. Like I wrote earlier, go with regular airlines.

Refund of extra expenses

After a delayed flight from Ryanair in Naples that would subsequently lead to a loss of connection flight in Bergamo, I had to by a new ticket plain, that was fully refunded, as well as the extra food expenses.

Never use Dohop!! Booked simple flight to get back to US…

Booked simple flight to get back to US from Bulgaria. Took two flights, simple short flight to Athens, then Athens to New York. Just found out my flight was changed from leaving Tues, to now leaving on Mon. Not delayed but pushed forward to day before. Now we have to change plans, plus we arrive in New York at 11pm instead of 11am, so no connecting flights to get home to AZ, have to spend night in NY. Dophop notes smaller provision in there terms not responsible, and airline says sorry booked with 3rd party .
Never use these guys!!!!!

According to our system, you have paid only for a booking fee, however not for any type of protection.
Booking fee is paid for the possibility of booking 2 separate flights in one go. To be more precise, with this service level we are to:

- Make your purchase as simple as possible;
- Book your entire route in one go;
- Send you a full summary of your route.

Please note this booking fee does not provide an additional protection service for your self-connected flights in cases of disruption (which is included in the second type of service we offer during the booking, which is Connect Sure service). 

Therefore, we are not able to proceed with any assistance on our side.

Nicolay was very helpful and calmed us…

Nicolay was very helpful and calmed us down after 1 leg of our 4 leg trip was cancelled. He offered us alternatives and booked us on them saying he’d get in touch with our airline to send us confirmation of the change, which they did very quickly. We are very pleased with his service.

scam

scam, didn't get tickets, get that info at the check in gate at the airport, that we don't have tickets, DOHOP just said sorry, we can nothing to do, vacaction ruined, the same day tickets is 5x more expensive, hotel booking is also ruined.
