I want to warn people to not book with this company. Because you book through them if anything goes wrong and flights only refund to them. But that's if you can get a refund, as they say they can't contact the airlines themselves, as they cannot cancel valid and active tickets. So you have to spend ages jumping through the hoops they give you to try to get refunds from the individual airlines yourself. When eventually you do get a refund from an airline it goes to them rather than you and they refuse to send the refund back to you, so they receive their admin fee plus your money for the cancelled flight. And they change what they say all the time, saying sorry I was unclear, I meant this, now you have to do this, try this, etc. I really don't understand their lack of helpfulness at all, apart from the fact they want to keep the refunds when you eventually get them. They are scammers. What is the point of their admin fee and connect sure? It really feels like they are enjoying the struggle at their end, apologising for late replies and thanking me for patience, taking peoples' money and doing nothing when they completely should be. The CommectSure is totally pointless

Very efficient service, sorted us out when we missed our connecting flight from liverpool to tenerife due to a 5 hour delay at the Isle of man airport. Iris was superb at getting us on a flight the following day. Luckily we were able to stay overnight at the Hampton by Hilton hotel across from liverpool airport. Slight criticism we had to chase up the refund for the hotel stay after 30 days but again very apologetic & refund was soon in my account.

Booked via Dohop as thought convinient with Connectsure. Seems this is useless when airline do rescheduling. Can not even get my money back and need to my own rebooking. Please read the fine print in terms and conditions as they keep referring to these

I booked a flight with Dohop form London to Amman (Jordan) and there was a transfer flight in Paphos and my fight was cancelled from Paphos to Amman. When I called to get a refund for me and my family for my flight the refuse to refund me the full amount saying the will only refund the cancelled fight where it’s not my definition going to Paphos. I WILL NEVER BE BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN.

Very disappointing experience. I started my booking through the airline website and reasonably believed I was booking directly in a normal way. Instead, I was pushed into a Dohop self-transfer booking flow and then charged extra booking/service fees that were not part of the actual ticket price.
What bothered me most is that these charges felt pointless. I did not need any third-party booking assistance, I did not ask for help combining flights, and I did not want to pay extra for a platform service I never actively chose. The flights themselves could be understood and booked without this added layer.
When I complained, the response was simply that the fee is non-refundable because it is their policy. That completely ignores the real issue, which is transparency. In my view, the handoff from the airline-branded booking path to a third-party fee-charging platform was not clear enough.
People should be very careful before paying. Check whether you are still booking directly with the airline or whether you are being redirected into a third-party self-transfer booking with extra fees. Do not use this service do not be dive into this scamming look like

I mistakenly made a purchase of tickets in a wrong date.
DOHOP refund me for both tickets.
To be honest at the beginning was suspicious knowing that airlines apply fee to cancel.
But they refunded as prpmised.

I bought a connecting flight, but there was a problem with the payment, so only the first flight was purchased. I had to buy the second flight myself. I was very upset about this. To avoid missing the good price I had found, I made a mistake on the second airline's website, buying checked baggage instead of cabin baggage at an additional cost. So the final price was higher than the original one.
I called customer services and asked to speak to a bilingual agent. They said an Italian-speaking agent would call me the next day, but nobody did.
Seven days later, I tried again, waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes before eventually speaking to an Italian-speaking agent. She was very kind and understanding and asked me to send her the booking invoice. I did so, and the next day, they refunded me the difference in price. That doesn't happen very often, in my experience! Five stars!

Booked a stopover flight thinking I was buying directly from EasyJet, since the entire website is branded as EasyJet and gives zero indication you’re booking through anyone else.
Only after paying did I receive an email from this company DOHOP saying the booking was made through them. This was never disclosed during the purchase process. On top of that, a service fee was added, meaning I paid more than the original flights.
The whole experience is misleading. If you’re not booking directly with the airline company, that should be made crystal clear before you pay, not after. DON'T BUY FROM EASYJET!!!! I'LL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! Desgraciados.

I strongly do not recommend this provider, absolutely zero help from their side. They just take money for literally sitting their ass off. From the beginning you have to do everything on your own, they make a reservation on your behalf, put their email in the order so YOU cannot change a damn thing even if you want to because you’re not the owner of the reservation. Dohop tells you to handle everything on your own and claim they cannot do shit because i booked it with the airline. Whole refund process i had to do myself as well and they do absolutely nothing about it, they don’t even want to help you. Do not buy any tickets with Dohop, you gonna regret it.
