However, everthing mentioned I did for 20 years. The last eight years I have been on my own, no Dr visits, pills. CBD. I am not a profit center of the new medical world. Now that I know the radiation can affect Polymyalgia I go from there. Your empathy is far greater than any physician I’ve seen sine I was diagnosed with cancer. By the way I found the lump!

This service is a scam
Ive used this service twice. While their "ASAP" option says a 15-15 minute wait, expect >2hrs. While waiting I had zero communication from their "Patient Advocate" It was truly a terrible experience. Using the Chat function, I asked if any of the supposed providers were actually online. No reply. This service is a scam

Great Experience
I had never heard of this provider until my own PCP couldn’t see me until May. The process with this was simple, just answering some questions and the doctor was thorough and fine. I would recommend this practice.

Doctronic employs very misleading…
Doctronic employs very misleading practices designed to result in multiple (paid) online doctor visits. On first trying Doctronic, the advertisements indicated that I could renew my asthma prescription through them. This was technically true, but they could only renew it for 1 month (charging about $40 for the 'visit'). They said that I needed to do a 'primary care visit' in order for them to renew the medication for a full year (and I confirmed several times that they would be able to provide a yearly prescription). I then spent over an hour filling providing info to their AI and waiting for the doctor to join the visit. Again I had to pay $40, and this time he said that he could give a 3-month prescription but not a 1 year one, and that I would need to keep spending an hour every 3 months to renew. Also said that 'no-one can renew a prescription for a year', which is patently false as I have been getting yearly renews for over a decade. Not a complete scam, but misleading, giving false information, and lying in order to get you to pay for multiple un-needed on-line visits. Very disappointed.

Your refund for the second visit has been processed. We want to be transparent: as a new patient, our guidelines don't allow a one-year prescription at the outset, and that limitation should have been communicated clearly before you ever paid for a second visit. That's on us, and we're working to fix it. We're so sorry.

Very helpful with asking about individual symptoms, any other possible contributing factors. Advice given with no judgment. Real and logical advice given to help you with all of your concerns. No identifying information need be given except age and whether your a male or female. Willing to help navigate your care on the basis of your situation and needs. Even willing to help find resources for your individual needs in your local area even they need to do it online for you. I definitely recommend this service. It's all completely free.
