Complaint 1st November 2023
I paid £19 for two items: Doctors formula anti-ageing restoring Day Moisturiser 50ml and Original Time Reverse Serum 30ml but ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM .
In the box was the serum 30ml but not the moisturiser 50ml therefore the delivery was incomplete. I can't get any satisfaction regarding this complaint as in the replies order numbers get mixed up and no one is interested in solving this problem.

I have to say, I like to stock up with dr formular collagen booster drink when possible, as I suffer with joint pains and by taking a shot every day, I do notice the difference it makes and I like to take advantage of the offers from time to time.
