KABOO WOLF SCOOTER
I ordered the kaboo wolf gti, the scooter is amazing just what I wanted. The customer service was good, but the delivery was not, it was delivered on the 16th which was quick, but i didn’t receive it until 3 hours after the time scheduled. My husband was not happy

The delivery was very fast
The delivery was very fast . A lot sooner than I thought . The gtr scooter is bonkers . I had no idea . It’s my first scooter and I’m blown away . To be honest at the moment it feels a bit high as I’m short but I’m sure that’s just because I need more practice. Better balance I won’t need to put my foot down .The whole experience with Doctor Scooter was great . They even delivered the scooter to me in a car so I could have it on a Saturday as I’m off work . Super polite too . Very very happy around . Highly recommend 😍👌👍

Don’t do what they say about delivery
Don’t do what they say about delivery! You pay £5 delivery and it’s been 4 days and Evri have only just got my parcel at the sorting office so will another 2 days! So not worth paying £5 for delivery to wait 5 days! Royal Mail are quicker! When they say on there site 1-3 days delivery!

First time buyer (scooter)
I purchased a scooter for the first time from this company to which there was a hiccup regarding delivery, I spoke to there customer service department, which was person to person so made my experience easier, as I was a first time buyer I was a little nervous but I have to say and will give them credit for is they done exactly what they said they would and I received my scooter without further delay, so from me personally it’s a thumbs up. 👍
