Still waiting for my order, email is bouncing back calls are going straight to voicemail.

still waiting for my order 15 week later was instock when ordered . money taken...no feed back or part order sent ..well try get refund. will not be using again

I ordered replacement carbon spokes on 7 day back order in April. No communication, no item received. I queried the delivery and was told the item would be delivered 25th July. Nothing arrived, no follow up communication. I requested a refund. Silence. I followed this up. Silence. PayPal refunded me.

Excellent service and installation of internal brake and gear cabling. Very friendly and fun shop.
This will be the only bike shop I need now.

It was a wonderful experience I had with Leeli cycles. The quality I would say is top class! all thanks to Mr.Ben for delivering such a premium stuff at a very reasonable prices, I was looking for two bicycles and to my surprise, I got with in a very short time, that too with a high end specifications which are beyond my expectations.
I would strongly recommend Leeli cycles for someone who is looking for excellent bicycles.

I would just like to say how helpful and efficient Ben has been recently and would recommend him at Leeli cycles to look after your bicycles too! After a collision with a van near his shop, he took great care and time to repair my bicycle whose front wheel and forks had been badly damaged. He also explained how to deal with the legal procedures involved in the situation.

GLAD TO SUPPORT AN INDEPENDENT LOCAL BUSINESS : After puffing up Turners Hill ⛰️ stuck in the wrong gear ⚙️ on a group ride.
BEN, the owner was a Lifesaver 🛟 to get my 🚲 gear cable swiftly fixed on a Sunday, in such a rural 🚵🏿‍♀️ location (bright 🌞 but v cold day : so nice to offered hot coffee ☕️ too) & at a reasonable cost.

Checked the dates of the low score reviews: most were impacted by pressures of the Covid surge in Cycling demand - 👍🏽 for a dedicated bike shop sole trader doing his best

Ben dropped the bike off with his father as he broken both his arms whilst ridinh, if that isn't dedication and top service then I don't know what is. Cheers Ben and my son loves his bike

Came in with a gearing issue midway through a ride and was fixed within 10 mins - excellent service and friendly staff

I keep getting requests to review, months after I have made a prolonged purchase. I have reviewed the same thing several times now. Admin at this firm needs a thorough revamp.

Delivery of the item was very slow - several weeks. And the amount charged initially for delivery was excessive, but it was reduced after I complained. The delivery company took several days to convey a ‘next day” package. Royal Mail would have been both cheaper and quicker.
I did also get a modest refund when the item seemed not to be as described.

I had been unable to get the product I needed until I found it at Leeli’s.

When I had a question my called was returned promptly and friendly helpful advice was given.

Brought a bike rack was very helpful at first however then I had to chase for a week to get the rack ordered. Now it’s arrived and only my partners bike fits it so me and the kids can’t travel with our bikes to the product is useless to us. When I contacted them to ask about returning it my messages were ignored for 2 days and was told I had to bye adapters for my bike and try put kids bikes on upside down. Really not a solution for me but that’s all I’ve been given as an option so I now have a completely useless bike rack and £150 out of pocket. Will not go back there.

Ben did his best to keep me informed when he could. Maybe got me mixed up with another customer but came back with the answers. Unfortunately COVID meant my delivery was somewhat delayed by at least a month due to supplier issues and the carriage was expensive. £14.90 to send a small box that should’ve cost much less than that to post. I suspect it was the “highlands postcode excuse” yet if I sent same parcel the other way postage would be reasonable. What I will also say is that Ben was going the extra mile by responding out of ours etc and I give him full marks for that. The middle of the road score is down to expensive carriage and lengthy lead times.
