Really lovely recommend pre booking soft play online

We always use this garden to swap over our grandson. We always have a meal and look around and buy products from the centre. The staff are always friendly and helpful

As always, I found Dobbies garden centre an attractive place to walk around. The plants I bought on this visit, some half price bedding annuals, we're very healthy and are doing well. The perennials I bought on a previous visit have also settled well and are filling out a new bed. The staff are generally helpful and the check out efficient.

We enjoyed our meal. It was really good and the waitress was really nice too.

I was told by the gardener and there was a sign saying the bedding plants were on offer, I put them in my trolley, had breakfast, then when I got to the till I was told the offer had just ended!

I have always had excellent service at Debbie’s and very pleased with whatever I have purchased.

Garden centre area ok. Restaurant poor - as always very slow service, having to clear a table ourselves so that we can sit.

Products needed in stock. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Found a good range of plants, visited The Works and enjoyed a Coffee. Now have a card, looking forward to my free coffee and discount next visit

Only went to Dobbies to buy compost. The palettes outside the stores were empty of peat free multi-purpose compost (which was on offer). However after some searching I found some.

The lady at the till was very helpful, and explained everything very well.

The jubilee tea was disappointing.. There was nothing about it that was special for the jubilee. Poor presentation and very ordinary. . Sandwiches were good. The scones had so much bicarbonate of soda they made our mouths sting. I would not book again even for afternoon tea. Not good value. The staff were very nice.no complaints about them.

Excellent staff and service. Particularly impressed with the younger members of staff and their mature, capable demeanour. We happened to flag down a young chap called Dec to ask him a question about the discount card, from there on in he sorted everything out and made shopping an overall very pleasant experience. Thank you. We will return....our new favourite place.

The garden centre is very good what lets it down is the restaurant. We came for lunch the other day ordered fish and chips only to be told they haven’t got any. It was on mid day, so we ordered scampi and chips and lasagna, instead but when our order came it was 2 potion’s of scampi and chips. This is not the first time it been wrong or they haven’t got any. As the other day we went for breakfast they had no bacon and gave us a sausage instead.

One star is to much really !! Having waited in Gloucester Restaurant for 30min to be served after being shown to a table. My husband caught the eye of a member so staff but she just went to another table. People that came in after were served around us. We walked out. The staff were standing around talking ! When we left the person showings people to tables( she had her arm in a sling) just looked at us. I said we were fed up with waiting and she just said Oh - no apology from her. We have experienced this in the past and know other people have too !! But there is only so much you can put up with.
