I'm tired of waiting almost an hour every time i call customer service. And they often cannot help me.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. Not only can't they solve easy requests, they have this malicious toxic attitude against their customers. They do not care. Please avoid this bank.
This is definitely the worst bank in Norway. They are run by ice cold numbers and pure greed. They couldn't care less about their customers. Please avoid them at all costs.
