I signed up via a Facebook video…

I signed up via a Facebook video Quantum AI, with £219 then I was guided by an adviser for DNB financial group Andrew Charles Beckham, who made me feel Very comfortable with my investment,
got my trust, got an insight on my life, got me to invest all my savings.
The plan was going along at great pace UNTILL it got liquidated, from there a Ben Thomas Mayer took over and took out two big loans that he said would release the funds, then all I had to do was wait, wait up to 45 days.
Then NOTHING not able to reach any of the 3 advisers.
What a mess I'm now left in on top of loosing my dear wife of 54 years,
I'm left a broken 81 year old widower.
My trust in these SCAMMERS was so, that it has totally ruined my faith in the media, what is TRUTH any more.

Since dnbfinancialgroup went global on 8 June 2025, I have not been able to access my account. My account manager is Ms Candice Jade Bennett. I opened my investment account under Leonard James Schwarz who was my Senior Account.
Please help me to access my account.

This is a scam

This is a scam, please beware these people are scammers and will bleed you dry until you have nothing left, they will drain your pound dry. Do not give them the time of day. You have been warned!

This is a scam. Avoid

Very elaborate and cleverly designed website with talented scammers who will take your money promising fantastic returns on the cryptocurrency markets. Lots of promises to pay out on demand but very quickly put barriers in the way of doing so. There is no profit in this, just loss of any money you are conned into ‘investing’.

possible scam

Strange experience. Now dnbfinancial services web site won't open. Previously I invested the minimum £219 and after gaining about £70 the first week, there was no more progress and I received "selling" telephone calls telling me to invest more. Im thinking its a scam as i can no longer access the site to see progress

Decent, but not that intuitive

I chose DNB platform hoping it would be easy to use, but I found it hard to learn. The layout feels messy, and finding specific features or settings can be tricky. I have managed to make trades and connect my bank, which is good, but the process feels awkward. It works, but it is not smooth or enjoyable to use. I am always searching for things, which slows me down. It is functional, but not easy to understand.

Decent experience

I've got mixed feelings about this algorithm. While the user experience is decent, the customer service response times are frustratingly slow. I had an issue that took hours to resolve. It does have some nice features, but support is critical for me.

Can't control my risk

I've noticed that my account manager prefers to cap my risk to 10% of my funds. I'm really interested in exploring some high-risk trading opportunities, but it seems he's not quite willing to support that.

I've heard good things about DNB

I've heard good things about DNB, but I found it confusing as a beginner. The interface feels overwhelming, and the tutorials could be clearer. It took me much longer than I expected to learn the basics. This software is probably better for more experienced traders. It might be helpful to invest in some beginner-friendly guides.

Advanced features could be better

For someone new to crypto trading, the DNB software is a great starting point. It is user-friendly and easy to use. However, as a more experienced trader, I found some advanced features lacking. The backtesting is basic, and I wish there were more options for customizing the automated trading bots. It is a good platform for learning, but experienced traders may want more features. I give it a solid 3 stars, but it need to better serve advanced users.

Confusing interface in some areas

The interface looks clean, but some parts are confusing. This is especially true when setting up complex order types or customizing settings. The learning curve for advanced features is steeper than I thought. It is not as beginner-friendly as some reviews say. You will need to spend time learning how to use all the features. Some parts are not explained clearly enough. It could be more user-friendly in certain areas.

Not the worst crypto software I've…

Not the worst crypto software I've used, but definitely not the best. It's functional for basic trading, but it lacks some of the more advanced features and customization options that I need. The customer support was okay but not particularly helpful when I had a slightly complex question. It's just .... fine. If you're a beginner, it might be okay, but experienced traders will probably want something more powerful and feature-rich.

Without my consent

Without my consent, my investment account was closed, and all the funds were sent back to my bank account.

Since I don't have a valid ID at the moment, I informed them that obtaining a new one would take several months. However, they were unwilling to continue working with me and decided to close my account instead. Two weeks later, I discovered that my account had been shut down, and all my money had been refunded to my bank. This has left me very disappointed.

Geberally Reliable, Occasional Slowdowns

Typically, operations proceed efficiently and swiftly. But during those crazy crypto spiked and drops, I've noticed a few delays in data updates and order execution. I get it, there's a lot of pressure in the market during those times. Still, when it counts, speed is super important. It's reliable about 95% of the time, but that 5% is definitely an area for improvement.
