Purchased a 6ft white grid to use as a notice board in my studio. Arrived the next day. Reasonable prices. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Communicate with your customer and be honest to ensure expectations are managed. I placed an order and paid chased delivery and was told it would be that very morning. This turned out to be completely untrue. I then chased and had to re chase 4 times to then be told that delivery could not be made due to access. My Business delivery address is a main road and no issues with access. Disgusting Customer service from start to end

Ordering from this company and I can’t explain how impressed I am with the service. I paid for standard delivery and received it within a day. There was an issue and it was handle immediately by Joanne. This won’t be my last purchase from this company

Over the last six months or so I have placed several orders and each one was dispatched quickly and well packed. The stands are great quality and easy to set up and the available accessories cover every option. Have already recommended to several peers and would have no hesitation in using again.

First time purchasing from Display Stand Ltd. Very pleased with products received and the speedy shipping.

I order some shelves but was sent one bracket too few I sent and email late on the Monday to request an additional bracket and on Wednesday two brackets came in the mail. Great quick resolution to my issue and the products arrived quickly and well packaged.

I called Display Stands UK to get a little help with ordering the correct stand. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed.
It arrived the next day and I couldn’t be happier, it’s exactly what I needed.

Possibly the worst experience of dealing with a company.
We ordered display stands which were not delivered on the day we were told, or the next or the next.
After contacting this company, they said the courier was at fault yet couldn't give us a definate delivery date after 5 days.
We told them to cancel the order and refund us.
They wouldn't do that.
They told us we would have to wait until they were delivered.......then refuse delivery and wait for a refund.
We made it very clear that this was not acceptable.
We even went to the trouble of posting a LARGE sign on the delivery address door informing the courier NOT TO DELIVER AND TO RETURN TO THE SENDER.......to no avail, as they were dumped at the door without permission or the driver attempting to see if we were on the property......we have all this on CCTV.
This company have been unhelpful, unprofessional and show no customer service whatsoever and passed the blame onto the courier instead of refunding and dealing with this matter when requested.
We have now bought from a more reliable supplier.

Ordered a product, arrived in wet/damaged packaging more to do with Royal Mail leaving it outside.

Sent back for a refund over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund and a response after various emails sent.

Not worth ordering from the poor customer service experience!

I bought an acrylic display for my home use, but I received the item damaged due transport.
I am utterly impressed of the exceptional customer service and professionalism of this company, as I reported the issue to them, I received another one of the same item the next day.
Highly recommended and I will use them again.
