Better packaging would help
Products delivered were as ordered. No mistakes there. Delivery time was reasonable.
However the fulfillment side packed the items in a too small a bubble wrap envelope and upon receipt of the package one of the crank arms was bent and sticking out the end of the envelope. A larger container or more wrap would be recommended.

Waited over two weeks after ordering…
Waited over two weeks after ordering part before e-mailing to find out status. A couple days later was told it would ship within 48 hours. Waiting another ten days before emailing again and again and again. Finally was told it would ship within 48 hours and arrived. Part works great, but awful customer service.
