I can easily find the parts I need. Shipping is fast and reliable, and the items received are always exactly as ordered. The online purchasing process is simple and secure.

requesting review

requesting review - 2nd request for a review before the product has arrived. No assistance when ordering as there was a minor error and email responses were dismissive. I worked to shop Canadian and have found a different vendor for future.

Wrong Colour Handle Sent and Crickets…

I have held off reviewing since I have tried to contact this company multiple times with zero response. Ordered a white foldable crank handle along with the mechanism. Mechanism is great, but the handle is not white, it’s a “cream” colour. I have emailed them, used their online chat…crickets. No idea what to do here since no one is getting back to me. I will update this if they do rectify this.

The product did not come with screws and the screws from the broken piece did not fit the new one .
