Worst broker ever
Worst broker ever . When you have an issue it is a nightmare to get constant support from their app chat message .
Besides they don’t really support, it feels like they gain time only saying they work on it for in the end a negative output
Furthermore I was confirmed the validity of one of my ticket for being declined by the ferry and in the end pay a new ticket again .
I do not recommend. Better go directly at the company operating the journey (ferry, airlines or else)

Hard to get the QR code
Hard to get the QR code, once tickets bought. Don’t send them to you directly. Over priced but guess that’s not a surprise. Staff working on the ferry are quite rude but it did get us from A to B in the end

Booking was relatively easy
Booking was relatively easy. Only difficulty was telling if there's a window in our room. Picture showed yes, but there was an 'x' in the window selection box. We want a window and time will tell.
