Impossible to speak to anyone for information.
I find details on the company's website booking pages difficult to understand sometimes, as information is minimal. I've tried to register/login several times without success. If I communicate by email, some questions remain unanswered in the return email, so I give up. It seems it's impossible to speak to anyone. This is always a bad sign for me.

When we booked on the website we booked a 2 berth cabin for the outward journey , as it is a night crossing , somehow when we paid and i printed off the ticket it showed the 2 berth cabin for the return journey which is in the daytime, there is not any way of changing this?
