This website is a scam
This website is a scam. I bought my ferry ticket through them, and it looks like I'm going to lose the money, as I didn't receive any confirmation email from them. I downloaded the app, but again I couldn't log in because I was unable to receive a confirmation email. I had to book another ticket, as I didn't want to risk travelling. This time I ordered through the official DFDS website.
I did try to contact them, but again with no luck — it was only a help messenger with bots, so no information at all. There is no customer service, no contact email, and no phone number.
