Only half the order arrived

Only half the order arrived. I emailed them and no response. Phoned them 3 days later and they said item is out of stock. Will now be waiting until Wednesday for a refund. Will not be using again.

Not a true Next Day delivery service

Items listed as Next Day are not! While they are sent from the warehouse next day, they go to Royal Mail which does not guarantee next day delivery. So if you are in a hurry for items, don't order from here

Royal Mail delivery times do vary depending on their capacity and the location they are delivering to.
We do experience very reliable service from our appointed courier service providers and constantly endeavour to ensure that they provide the best possible service to our customers.

Old fashioned efficiency

Chose company because of price but was very pleased with efficiency. They were short of one item from my order but promptly dispatched the rest with a note and followed up with the extra item within the week without me having to chase.

Best customer service experience

Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. A very customer focussed company that I will be using again and recommending to all my friends and family. I can’t thank this company enough. The people we spoke to were also very knowledgeable and helpful to make sure I was ordering the correct items.

Product arrived earlier than stated…

Product arrived earlier than stated date which was a bonus as I was able to complete my project earlier. Item was as described. Installed, easy to adjust and I would expect it to continue working without any issues whatsoever.
