Great experience I wanted to order some flowers for my mother who was turning 90 in the UK....it was so simple and the basket of flowers arrived first thing in the morning...beautiful.

The ordering process was…
The ordering process was straightforward and easy to navigate. There was one hitch in that the selected florist wasn't able to complete my order, but the company sorted the issue quickly and effectively so the flowers arrived at their destination in time. I was impressed and grateful for their swift response.

Poor product, bad customer service
My son paid for a bouquet, I received three gerberas, three carnations, a sunflower, a tiny peony and some greenery which cost him at least £40. It was not the same as the picture on the website. The company would not let me complain without informing him which was horrible. They blamed the florist, the florist blamed direct2florist. Poor product, poor service.
