Excellent service can’t praise them high enough

I had some issues regarding delivery. Initially I changed the date of delivery, which seemed straightforward enough and the florist seemed happy to change. The flowers were then delivered on completely the wrong date, a date never previously mentioned. Direct 2 Florist dealt with this immediately and all seemed fine. A few days later I received an email to say the flowers had been delivered, again on the wrong day. This was looked into by Direct 2 Florist and they quickly contacted me to say I had been sent the email by mistake and nothing had been delivered. When the flowers were delivered on the correct day, they were not as vibrant as expected. They looked nothing like the image on the website.

It was just straight forward and the flowers were lovely.

I was able to specify changes to the featured colors on the bouquet I chose

This was an emergency! I had ordered with another online florist for some flowers for my elderly Aunt's birthday. On the day they were meant to be delivered, I got an email telling me my order had been cancelled as they had no available florist. I placed an order with Direct2florist and within hours my Aunt had a beautiful bouquet! Thank you so much for making her day happy! I will definitely be using your service again!

I ordered flowers from overseas to be delivered to Reading 3 days later, the website was easy to use and the lovely flowers were delivered on time with no problems.

Highly recommend bought some beautiful flowers and am told by the recipient they were really lovely and with a beautiful fragrance and speedy delivery , excellent 👌 highly recommend

I made a mistake on my order, putting the recipients address, but my postcode. It was passed to another florist, but the combination didn't make sense. A quick phone call from Direct2florist sorted it out, and the original florist delivered on time.

I used Sweet Pea & Willow in Hastings for next day delivery, a direct2florist partner. I heard nothing the next day, and in the evening received an email that they will contact soon. They did not contact me. Seems like a scam
