Helpdesk Service Highly Efficient
I received prompt service to address my report of a Scam Seller using the legitimate platform Digistore24 as a front for their fraud activities to collect the consumer's personal information and banking details under the pretence of reviewing digital advertising content on platforms TikTok and YouTube for corporate analysis and supposedly to train the ai for this analysis. The purchase on the on boarding tool is also a scam as the 'product' delivered is in no way relevant to any onboarding activity remotely relevant to the tasks of reviewing marketing content.
Digistore24 refunded my money immediately; and I contacted my bank to cancel my card and lock my account as the scammer now had my name, email, and bank account details because I'd made a purchase. Thank you Helpdesk at Digistore24 for your prompt attention and action to protect your consumers.
