This review is of the digiDirect Customer Service Team only. My order was shipped without 1 item. I contacted the Customer Service Team. Reymark checked straight away and came back to me that the item is in stock and was being prepped and will be despatched straight away.

Total shit.
Tried to buy a Sigma 24mm lens - no mention of stock levels on the website.
Placed the order, then get an email stating it will be 3-4 weeks at least:
"As noted on our website at the time of purchase, this item is currently Awaiting Stock. Please note that all estimated arrival times are subject to change, but we will keep a close eye on the status and do our best to keep you informed."
There is no mention of the the lens being out of stock or wait times on the website.
Have now sent 4 emails to try and cancel the order two days after placing it.

"We do our best to indicate when items are out of stock before purchase..."
Absolute bollocks do you. Nothing on the website to indicate stock levels or long restock delays.

I recently purchased a Sony 50-150mm lens and it’s wider on the glass end with the lens hood so didn’t fit any of my current smaller camera bags. For some uses I only need the only camera and lens so rather than taking my big camera backpack I ordered the Wandrd Rogue 9L Sling Bag from Digidirect. I had seen one in store a few weeks ago but wanted to check actual dimensions of my lens and camera before purchasing. Digidirect were super fast in sending it out so I have it in time this weekend for a school ball photo shoot.

I placed my order on 3rd May and received it on 7th May, less than a week and even earlier than the time I had requested. I truly appreciate her prompt action and dedication.

I was searching for a Lacie 2BIG RAID drive, either a 48TB or 60TB. The industry is experiencing a shortage, making these drives difficult to find. DigiDirect proved invaluable in my purchase. Excellent range and price. Very quick online response from Digidirect. let down a bit by the use of Australia Post express post as the provider for a paid add-on - their information is confusing and left me with the impression that it could have been delivered even faster by a different carrier.

Been happy overall with the service and pricing on the website.
Some items have been noted as in stock, and then had to wait for the items to be ordered prior to being dispatched, however given the prices are usually better than other places and also the shipping costs as well, happy to wait a little longer for the items to be received.
Reaching out to the team is generally good. Fast response time and always transparent with updates on my orders. Happy to wait as long as the product comes eventually. Most times the ETA for the order are noted longer than the actual dispatch of I'm the item, so not too fussed, most of the time the items are dispatched within two weeks of the order being made.
Also it can help on occasion where an order I have made, I want to change or modify and seeing that it has not yet been sent through as yet and only ordered through the supplier, I have been able to change my order, so not all bad.
Most recently I have been assisted by Reymark and was very helpful with changing my order to another item that I preferred and sent through a payment link (due to the changed item costing more), and the link was sent through in under 24 hours of requesting the order change, and the enquiry was made on a Sunday.
I thought it was great response time, given I was expecting to not receive a response by Monday or Tuesday.
I am sure the service is not perfect and if you need or expect to have something in a more urgent timeframe, then you maybe frustrated.
I am happy to wait and given the competitive pricing of items, the service and response time is great and I have always had a great experience when making purchases.
The website is easy to navigate and have a great range of products to choose from.
Definitely happy to buy through again, which I have on many occasions.
