I had a very good experience with Eddy in customer service he was very pleasant and helpful. These pills do help control my appetite so I don't feel like eating everything in sight including my furniture. I have lost a few pounds already. VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU.

I don't recommend it whatsoever.
They will make you pay for bottles you ain't going to use. Got the trial and used 1 pill that caused me headache and fever all day long and felt like throwing up. I canceled the subscription and on the same day they charged me for 2 bottles!

Worst service ever! And when you email them to tell them you don't need the bottles they ignore you!

Definitely a great product recommended to me by a good friend of mine. It works as a great appetite suppressant and mood / energy booster! I will most likely renew my membership once the holiday season is over. Kevin in customer support was extremely helpful as well!

I am extremely pleased with the results of this product. Not only was I able to shed the few extra pounds off but I was also able to stop drinking soda pop and coffee due to the natural caffeine, I was able to not crave pop and coffee.

Above and beyond. I received great service and am very pleased with the solution given to me. Michael was easy to talk to on the phone and he explained everything very well. The best phone call experiences I have with a company in a long, long time.

Michael with Customer Service was very helpful with a question I had about the product. I wanted to make sure that the product will be useful to me being a diabetic. He stated that the product will aid with the blood sugar levels and carbohydrates. I was a little caution about giving my credit card number and he assured me that this was legit company. He also offered other ways in which I could save money. Overall I had nice experience with him.

I have not had the opportunity to use the Dietspotlight products because of an unforeseen circumstance BUT the customer service I received from Michael Wallace in reference to the automatic billing was superb! It’s not common to get comfort and assurance from any customer service representative with any company like I did from Dietspotlight. Looking forward to trying the products soon!

I've had a stressful year surviving a divorce while also saling and buying a new home. This product along with exercise and watching my food the best I can has helped me to not only lose weight when I'm on my A game, but to help me maintain my weight during the stressful rounds. I've never been able to maintain my weight when stress kicks in and my eating gets emotional. Ive tried many products through the years and this is the only one that has shown real and on going results. This product is natural and a miracle for me.The costumer service is the best I've ever worked with as well. Just try it!

I ordered the 14 day trial and it came with a great book that explained how it works and how to use it ! It really does help suppress the appetite and make you full! It became out of my budget due to christmas time but I'd definitely try Burn TS again when my budget allows. Roger from customer service was wonderful and helpful.

Dietspotlight not only has excellent products, but they have a wonderful customer service program that is more than willing to help you. Especially if you're like me, and you're online shopping at 5 AM on less than four hours of sleep, and you unintentionally bought more than your budget could afford. That being said, I highly recommend Burn TS. And a special shout out to the customer service representative who went above and beyond my expectations, Roger Moore. Thank you! :)

I'm usually caffeine sensitive and many diet pills gv me stomach pain and diarrhea.
What attracted me to Burn TS was tht it DOES NOT have much caffeine. I got my trial pills and currently im on my 4th day taking it easy by taking only 1 pill a day before taking full dosage. I have no stomach problems, no jitters, I noticed energy does run out up until is time to take the 2nd pill of the day which i have not. So far so good! I'm pretty sure I'll be taking the full dosage soon. BTW im drinking more water (which is good) and at least try to exercise 30 min a day for 3 days to stars seeing results. Love that it curves my appetite so i dont eat a huge meal!
