Once it arrived, after delays, why ask for a delivery day, which I opted for almost a week after putting in my order, as I knew I would be in. But no, maybe next day or the day after. Not a good start. The jury is out on the meals at the moment.

The food appears to be too dry as if it…
The food appears to be a little dry, not sure when it was vacuum sealed.
I have had diet chef before approx 20 years ago and enjoyed the variety.
This Bach appears different and breakfast and lunches are similar and coouring and textures taste same.
I asked for gluten free option yet only 2 -3 cereals state gluten free.
I did enjoy pancake mix the best.

My order did not arrive on the day agreed. It was delivered on Wednesday 29 April and had been taped up as it had been damaged
I checked the contents and all items were there and in good condition .
I have started using my meals months supply today.

Plenty of variety in tastey foods.
I have enjoyed most of the food (just a couple of not nicers) and have lost a steady two pounds a week. Only wanted a month's supply so cancelled from then which was charged at £50. Though not ideal, my cancellation was dealt with efficiently and swiftly by Jenny.

The diet was easy to order
The diet was easy to order, got delivered on time so service is great. However I am not really enjoying the meals at all plus it is expensive as you have to buy extra fruit and veg to go with the meals.

The order process was straightforward…
The order process was straightforward and delivery when expected. One small disappointment was when I phoned while waiting for my delivery as I was not given a time slot to expect the courier. I got a response more than 24 hours later which was no help. So far I am very pleased with the meals supplied .
