Sian absolutely nailed our brief. The flowers were beyond sensational and every single person commented on how stunning they were. I completely fell in love with them and loved my bouquet so much that I had it dried and pressed afterwards so I could keep it forever.

Sian is unbelievably talented and my husband has officially been warned that I expect an anniversary bouquet from her every year from now on!

What made the whole experience even more special were the thoughtful extra touches Sian and her team added so close to the wedding day. Those gestures genuinely meant the world to us and showed just how much care and heart goes into everything they do.

Normally for Valentine's day I might be selecting a bunch from the bucket at the local garage but passing the shop, I thought that the delay was gorgeous and decided to splash out. I ordered a large bouquet in plenty of time and it didn't disappoint. Easy to order and the product I received exceeded the description on the website. My wife was delighted and brownie points are now safely deposited in the bank. Thank you Steve and the team!

The wildflower wreath was beyond amazing.It was everything and more. And everyone commented how different and fabulous it looked and after the wake everyone took some of the flowers as a reminder of Enid .

Our Families sad day was certainly helped by the sheer professionalism of our funeral flowers. Different than the average, with full compact unusual flowers and greenery.
They cannot fail to provide you with that special touch.

What a lovely experience, I ordered flowers in the morning and they were delivered lunchtime, they were unbelievably gorgeous, and the young lady I spoke to was so helpful, polite and very professional. I live in Birmingham and it was so easy to do, I even rang up and thanked the flower lounge personally, I will definitely be using them again very soon.. Thank you very much x

Highly recommended as wedding florist. Not only were the flowers beautiful
but the buying process and arrangements on the day were also great. In
addition, my mother in law was taken ill a week before the wedding and Sian
dealt with this very sensitively, changing the details to suit us all. I
have used the service since for other small occasions and would highly
recommend them. I only wish the shop was nearer to where we live!

Thank you so much to Sian and the team for our wedding flowers at Colshaw Hall on 31 July 2015. The flowers were stunning and everybody commented about how beautiful they looked, the centre pieces were magnificent and were just how I described. Mine and my bridesmaids bouquet were also amazing with so many gorgeous roses. Also not to mention your brilliant customer service and friendliness, I would recommend Flower Lounge without any hesitation they are brilliant.

There was no doubt in my mind that Sian and her team would do a wonderful job with our wedding flowers.... they'd been doing a wonderful job of every other flower requirement we'd needed since they opened their lovely BMR shop around the corner from us. Considering we just wanted simple flowers, the Flower Lounge Fairies made 'simple' look beautiful, elegant and wonderfully creative.... thank you so much.
We're big fans of sticking local when it comes to suppliers, and we'd never have quibbled at using Sian and the team for our wedding flowers, but when we heard that they were experts at Styal Lodge then it was a total no brainer. Every 2 weeks I get 2 beautiful displays delivered, I've never been disappointed, they are always innovative and striking (and they last until the next ones arrive) Sian and the team are lovely too.

Sian and her team were very welcoming and professional. They listened carefully to what we were after for our wedding, also providing their advice, giving us ideas working for us and also suiting the style of the venue.
The staff at the Flower Lounge are very flexible with last minute addition and changes.
Our wedding flowers were stunning, from the front door !!
They made it also easy for us to take them home.

Without doubt the best Florists in the North West who compare with very high class London florists.Most importantly very helpful when planning an event on a budget.

The Flower Lounge is my favourite flower boutique. I'm calling it a boutique as it's much more than a flower shop; with lovely gifts and items for the home. On this occasion I ordered a bouquet for some friends whose son was getting married. The recipients were delighted with flowers. I would not hesitate to recommend the Flower Lounge and will certainly be using them again!

The ladies at the Flower Lounge were very friendly and helpful when ordering some special birthday flowers for a friend. They knew the lady I was sending my flowers to, so helped to advise on what flowers she liked. They also knew she wasn't going to be home when I originally wanted them delivered so they took the time to call me, let me know and re-arrange a delivery date for when she was home. It was so lovely of them and they truly go that step further.

I found the staff at the flower lounge gave excellent customer service, help and advice on what arrangement of flowers I was looking for. The end product reflected this service, and I was extremely happy with my bouquet of flowers. My friend that then received the bouquet told me the flowers were "stunning"
I will would defiantly use the flowerlounge again and recommend them!

I recently used this florist to send a bouquet for a 60th. I paid £35 + delivery and was expecting more than what I got. A huge bunch of flowers In aldi was £5.99 the previous day but thought I go for some luxury with it being a special day! Whist the bunch was lovely and came in water I can't help feeling ripped off at the lack of flowers but a substantial amount of foliage. For that reason I wouldn't use you again or if I did (as I said they were lovely but lacking) I would ensure I came into the shop.
