I live out in a rural farm area, so I frequently order supplies online. Blick’s website is excellent and the prices are great. Their delivery is always prompt and reliable. They have a terrific selection so they make my life my easier.

Thank you Blick for the careful packaging, everything arrived and in good condition! Thank you for also sending me samples of the Bio-based Liquitex acrylic paint. I can't wait to try that out.

Received one of my packages in 3 days, and the second, which had to be shipped separately, in a week.When I called after receiving only a part of the order. It was tracked and explained clearly. I received it 3 days later as they said I would. Great service.

I am always pleased with the products however it seems like shipping is very slow.

Quality material delivered in a timely fashion. I would have appreciated the items arriving in an unmarked box though. This was gift for someone in my house and they were able to tell right away.

I enjoy the ads as they let me know what is going on in the art world.

Overall is OK. Shipping not very fast. Some items where not secured and where rolling in the large box. For pencils it is NOT GOOD

Customer service at the stores is well-trained, and the associates are very friendly, too. I had to call several stores for paint that I needed for a project and they made sure to tell me exactly the quantity they had in stock before I drove all over LA. I then had a return of excess paint and they were more than helpful getting that taken care of. I will always come to Blick for my personal and professional needs.

Not sure why when I order from other places using good ol' USPS it gets here in days...

There no appears to be no major art supply mail order businesses that use USPS at all...

As of today, 10-14-24...my latest order has sat at a FEDEX distro hub in WI...hasn't moved since the 8th.

Why is this OK, Blick?

Your failed codes and specific bs instructions for fulfilling the dangled 'discount' smells to high heavens...and all I get is a 'there there...you must jump thru hoops one and two in sequence while looking backwards into a pool of water...'

Will refuse package if it ever shows up.

FedEx literally has had my package at the Stockton hub for ? 5 days now...not moving.

Still no package.

FEDEX SUCKs and I will not order from companies that use them again.

I have used "Cat" the framer for at least 7 projects. The work is impeccable. Easy, helpful, and she brought up issues I never would have thought about. This is so much better than Michael's. I won't go anywhere else!

Sunday, I visited the Omaha store and was looking for a canvas and was not finding the size I was looking for. When I asked for help in finding an alternate size I was told "Art is a very personal thing". OK, I get it but are there optional canvas sizes that could meet my need? We are talking an art supply to create art not art. When I tried to explain why I was looking for help and that I had driven al long way, the cashier evidently didn't like my tone of voice and became defensive and I was told by her that I shouldn't talk to her that way (what way?) and I should leave. I had a purchase I had bought the previous day with me and I didn't think would work for me, so I said I soon as I got the credit I would leave the store. I was then told by the cashier that the staff was just minimum wage earners paid to cash out customers and had no knowledge of art or art supplies. (salesperson 71700). She handled my return expediently and I left.

Unfortunately, given my treatment, I doubt I will ever return to the store and its going to be tough to continue to refer other people there.

I had been to this store several times before and was able to get assistance and had referred others there. Unfortunately, one bad experience takes away three good experiences.

This company is beyond real, I order 2 items that listed available, and I had a big order and mostly were gifts for Xmas and I was traveling so dates are imp. They ship all the items except for 2 And they fail to mention that these 2 items were on back order.
I receive an email a week later saying sorry these items didn't ship. I complain, they said they made a mistake Ans didn't update their system, buy dont worry we will ship one of the items soon. Today they shipped it and charged me 15.75 $ shipping for one tube of paint that fosted 14$?! And I had free shipping with the initial order, so noni got screwed with it. I have been using this shop for a long time, but this was beyond anything I experienced with an open shop! Ill never be using their shop again! Be aware!

Ordered a large frame for $70, it arrived broken and was of very poor quality. I wrote a review stating this, did not request or initiate a replacement. The company sent me one anyway, also terrible, also broken. I told them this one also arrived broken but made it clear I was only giving feedback. They sent a THIRD anyway and are now threatening to charge me for the extra frames they decided to send and now want back. I just want them to leave me alone, but they're ignoring that part.

Great place to find paint brands that other competitors do not carry. Make sure to shop around when you are looking at brushes/brush cleaning supplies however. On several instances I have found that Cheap Joe's (even Amazon) offers hefty discounts for the same product.

I just bought an easel light from them, a Smart clip-on lamp. It's the best thing since sliced bread. I love it!!! Now I can paint at night.
