We thought long and hard about who to buy our new carpets from and who to get them fitted by. We couldn’t have got a better service from Dible & Roy, and would highly recommend them!
The fitting was first rate as was the after sales service.

I have had an exceptional experience with Dible & Roy twice now. Both times, the team in store have been absolutely wonderful - very knowledgable and helpful in helping me to chosoe my fabrics, and I have felt valued and looked after from the very start of my search. Richard is also the ultimate professional when it comes to the final fitting and installation. A fantastic, expert team! I would highly recommend Dible & Roy and will definitely be using their services again!

We had Dible & Roy supply and install 10 shutters in our home and we very pleased with the shutters and quality of workmanship on the installation. Such a nice experience and lovely people to deal with.

As when I've previously used Dible and Roy for home furnishings, they were the obvious choice when recently I wanted to put up a new curtain track and find some suitable curtains for it.
Once again, Lizzie went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and Richard installed the lightweight made-to-measure track perfectly.

We moved to the area seven months ago and have now commissioned Dible & Roy for a number of curtains, blinds and carpets.

What an amazing service! It’s a true one stop shop with a huge range of fabrics and floor coverings in their lovely showroom.

Lizzie helped us navigate so much choice and find the right window dressings. Richard is a real professional and measures up and fits the curtains beautifully. The end result is perfectly made and they all fit perfectly.

The carpet fitters are also lovely and were super helpful with a staircase issue. The whole team is very professional and knowledgeable. Marni manages logistics and Chris knows everything about carpets.

It’s all been such a positive experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dible & Roy for jobs large or small…

As we expected Dible and Roy gave excellent customer service at all times and made the process of carpets and curtains so much easier. Lizzie gave great advice on interior styling choices with the age of the house in mind. Our curtains and blinds were beautifully made and Richard managed to hang them without problem by easily navigating tricky decisions with old walls and obstructing beams. We are delighted with the service from Dible & Roy and would recommend to anyone. Thankyou.

I've been visiting this store for many years and have always found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is full of beautiful homeware items and upstairs theres a great selection of pattern books to choose from along with unique furniture items . They also have a good selection of flooring, for the home as well , with an excellent fitting service. A pleasure to deal with !

We recently used Dible and Roy to supply and fit all the carpets and window blinds in our home, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very first consultation to the final fitting, the whole experience was seamless and stress-free.

The team were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the wide range of options for both carpets and blinds, making sure everything suited our style and budget. Their attention to detail really stood out – nothing felt rushed, and they took the time to get every measurement and fitting absolutely perfect.

The fitters were punctual, tidy, and clearly take great pride in their work. The carpets feel luxurious and have completely transformed the house, while the blinds are beautifully made and fitted to perfection. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines such high-quality products with genuine customer care, but Dible and Roy deliver on both fronts.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for carpets, blinds, or both. They’ve made the whole house feel like new, and I’m so pleased I chose them.

I ordered vertical blinds from Dible and Roy and was thoroughly impressed. The quality is excellent, prompt delivery, and the blinds were reasonably priced. Great customer service throughout - helpful, efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

We couldn't have had better service. Order came quickly and I was told when it would be here. Very pleased with the rug. Thank you Dible & Roy, will use you again.

My wife and I are local and had a Dible & Roy designer come out to our house to help us choose curtains that would match the colour and style of our barn conversion. We picked out a sample and paid the deposit. The curtains were made and when they arrived, looked absolutely nothing like the grey we had chosen. In fact, they looked pink. I phoned Dible & Roy and explained that they look nothing alike and was told that they could not accept them back but they would give us a discount if we purchased others that looked more like the sample they had originally given us.
After almost 6 months of not receiving the final payment invoice, I had them dyed to the sample colour. A few weeks later, they sent the final invoice. I explained that we have had to get them dyed to the sample colour at roughly £600 and we felt it fair to deduct that off the final payment as it had cost us that amount to get it to the sample colour..and I sent the remaining funds. They responded with a disgusting e mail stating that the curtains are still theirs until we have paid and that we had no right to dye them (Im happy to provide the e mail). They have now threatened me with legal action. As mentioned, my wife and I are local and I wish we had listened to other locals about steering clear of D&R. We have spent thousands of pounds with them over the years as we try support local businesses. We were not aware of their tainted reputation up until asking advice from local friends (who will not shop with them from similar experiences).
They would not accept the curtains back on the day of installation and our mistake was that we should have driven them down to their shop. Please learn from this and ask locally about their reputation before buying from them. Local friends had a good giggle that we are now on the list of being caught out by D&R. The proof is in the pudding I'm afraid.
Stay safe and stay clear of them. We will never use them again after this appalling experience.
