Used for both engagement rings and wedding bands. The Glasgow staff were excellent and fully supported us in making choices that worked for us rather than pushing products they wanted to sell. They were also very inclusive and demonstrated excellent customer service around LGBTQ+ making us feel very comfortable.

We visited the offices in Leeds and felt very welcome and felt no pressure in regards to sales… I was able to choose and design my ring and even though I was not able to really see how this may look once made… when my ring arrived 4 weeks later… just wow 🤩 it is more beautiful than I could imagine… 💍💍💍 thank you ☺️
