Easy parking, busy but very helpful staff, lots of choice, quality furniture

Dylan was really helpful! Gave us some really good tips and answered all our questions we really appreciate everything!

We viewed a sofa that was perfect for what we wanted and at a very good price compared to others we had considered. We dealt with Dylan who was very helpful and prevented a potential issue with delivering the sofa and provided an alternative solution. Delivery was quick and the people delivering were polite and set up the sofa as requested so there was zero hassle.

Brilliant to deal with. I’ve taken delivery of sofas , bed , lockers and lovely armchair. Delivery on time. Lovely delivery staff. I would highly recommend

Excellent to deal with. The only drawback is the lead in time. Can be a number of weeks, but that is to be expected with some items.

We recently bought a sideboard at Diamond Furniture- I really feel the staff are excellent at what they are trained to do, very helpful and the delivery was on time. We were extremely well looked after. We also bought a table a chairs 3 years ago which we love. We can highly recommend Diamond furniture.

It was a very pleasant environment and nobody pushed us into making a decision. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
Mike was extremely helpful towards us and gave us time and space to make up our minds. He was very professional and gave us all our options. Lovely to chat with him as he was very personable.

We popped into Diamond Furniture during the final days of their Winter Sale and, despite the place being absolutely packed, the team were brilliant. They took the time to walk us through everything we were interested in and to show us their fantastic range of fabric options (so many high-quality choices!). The whole order process was quick and painless, too. Yet again, their experienced and friendly staff made the entire experience a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a very positive experience in the showroom. The store itself is excellent, the selection is strong, and the sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the viewing and decision process.

However, the part of the experience that detracted from an otherwise good visit was the negotiation at the point of sale. Given that we were committing to a purchase of approximately €4,000, we asked for a very modest additional discount. Even when this was reduced to €50, it felt like we had to push quite hard and that the concession was being framed as a significant favour rather than a normal part of a high-value purchase.

While we did go ahead with the purchase, the tone of that interaction didn’t sit comfortably with us. The amount itself was small, but the process made it feel unnecessarily difficult and slightly transactional at a moment where we were already ready to buy.

With a purchase of this size, a more flexible or relaxed approach would have left us feeling more positive about the overall experience.
