Maria was excellent
Maria was excellent, she took great care and time to make sure I knew of different options for each sofa I liked. Showing me different textured materials as I dont like the feel of certain fabrics and made suggestions of other materials I didn't know of.
She explained each step of the financial process and helped me secure additional items to ensure I could make use of theirs discounts.
I am very happy with the customer service. Maria was very knowledgeable, kind, smiling and joking with me, I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't need. Great experience 😊

We were allowed to browse without being hassled, once we needed help Steve was very helpful still not pushy left us again to decide, and we left the store very happy with our purchase.

Delivery charges
Was going to buy a ex display sofa for £600. But wanted me to pay £129 to deliver only half a mile up the road. I offered to pay £50. But that was a no, so I walked. I think the salesman should of asked the manager, but was not interested.

Our delivery charge is the same in-store, online and over the phone. Your delivery will be assembled in a room of your choice by professionals and the packaging of your furniture is then disposed of in a sustainable and responsible way.
Also, I am afraid we don’t offer any discounts as we are regulated by Trading Standards and this means we have to treat all of our customers fairly so for that reason if we do have any discounts.
