Excellent customer service by both Toby on our initial visit and by Tristan on our latest visit. They both explained the details of the product extremely well. Toby provided us with contact details to make the order. However, we decided to do this in person. Tristan took us through the purchase process and explain the various options available including the interest free purchase details advising the costs for each period from 6 months to 48 months. Tristan also gave us information on caring for the product.

We were acknowledged on entering the store always a positive first step. Having looked around we chose the chairs we liked and we're dealt with by Alana a lovely young woman with pleasant personality who had a great product knowledge.She answered all our questions,advised us about insurance cover,which we took out. We were given a cup of coffee, at no time were we put under any pressure to buy.A pleasant experience from start to finish.Alana was excellent.we would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone.

Dan was brilliant. We asked for help with a sofa bed. He was fantastic asked a few questions and took to exactly what we were needing.
Very patient and kind but also very informative.

Couldn't fault the service from start to finish, we felt looked after from the moment we walked in. Great customer service 5 stars. Staff were attentive and easy to talk too with no hard sail patter.

From the moment I was greeted, by Trystan, I was made to feel welcome. At no time did I feel pressurised but I was left to view the furniture in my own time, knowing there was helpful, friendly advice available to me, if I needed it.
When the time came, the advice I was given was well explained and given with, what I felt, was my best interests at heart - not given to make a quick sale, or one that wouldn't have suited my requirements. My whole shopping experience was a pleasure.

Trystan, our advisor, is a very approachable, friendly, polite & informative representative, without being ‘pushy’. He clearly has good knowledge of the product & services, he was reassuring with the answers he provided to the questions we had. He is an excellent Sales Representative & a credit to your company.

Went into my local DFS store and was helped by Trystan both times. He was very happy to help me and provided me with all the information I required prior to my purchase. Extremely good customer service and would highly recommend both the store and staff to any prospective buyers.

This was our second visit to the Truro store, this time to purchase. We found the sales associate Toby to be very helpful and informed, not pushy just helpful and being a good saleperson, he was honest about sizing so help us choose a good option.
Store was nicely busy and we found all the sale people to be friendly and helpful.

I would like to say thank you to Trystan who helped me find a sofa yesterday? I've had a nightmare trying to find one, and he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and we also had a laugh, which is what I like after my experience yesterday , I will definitely be coming back to three milestone turo store.😀😀
