Sophie was a delight, knowledgeable and patient. Made the process of ordering my new sofa’s very easy.

We were not under any pressure from sales staff but aware they were there to help in anyway. When making actual order everything was explained clearly and any questions we had were answered plainly and professionally.

Really helpful staff who were knowledgeable about the furniture I wanted to buy, spent ages with me sorting out sizes and what would fit etc would recommend and would visit again

Daniel Bell helped us throughout our purchase. He advised on dimensions, fabrics as we have a dog, different foot stools that could work with the settee, rugs (with a discount), and the aftercare that comes with the settee as well as a settee cleaning kit with different cleaners for certain stains etc...

Great service and knowledge which led us to making the purchase, i havent got the settee yet, but provided there are no issues with that, id happily go and see Daniel again for our next purchase.

Lauren made our experience of choosing and buying a new sofa set very easy and Informative. The buying process was understandable and very easy to complete.

Arrived at store and was met by happy smiling faces and a good morning. Very polite staff and none of them following you about which I prefer. We then got some advice from Lauren and decided after thinking about it to choose another sofa from the original one. Her customer service was really good and before long everything was sorted. Dawn and Cadence also were very helpful too with my daughters purchase. All in all, great service.
