I had a good experience overall with DFS, and I’m happy with the sofa I purchased. The quality and selection were excellent.
One suggestion for improvement is regarding the customer service. I feel that staff should maintain the same friendly and professional attitude regardless of whether a customer decides to buy on that day or not. Customers should never feel pressured into making a purchase, and everyone should be treated with the same respect and courtesy. I hope this feedback helps with future staff training.
Overall, thank you for the service, and I look forward to enjoying my new sofa.

Masafa was so helpful
Masafa was so helpful, not pushy at all, asked how he could help, researched all the sizes and options for me, showed me similar examples in store to what I was asking for. The manager was always so very pleasant.
