Nicky the sales man was outstanding. He was attentive, compassionate and caring. He took exceptional care of us especially my elderly mum , making sure she was comfortable at all times during our time at the store. He explained everything in detail and there was nothing he could have done differently. Overall he is an absolute credit to your company and a total pleasure and delight that he was on duty today and we placed our orders with him. He certainly deserves a reward for his commitment to DFS.

Visited store today and was greeted by Ellis who listened to exactly what our needs were and advised us on several options. With his help we had exactly what we wanted in a quite short time. Excellent service.

We bought the sofa from dfs Stockport store. Nikki the sales associate done the fabulous job. He helped us and guide us step by step until the order was done. Now waiting for our delivery:)

I was,allowed to look around without being pestered by sales people

Would not order Fountaine 3 seater sofa as within hours of delivery material was creasing and look’s awful, makes the sofa look it is sagging

Customer Service says this is normal, service engineer also said this, personally it is poor quality! I have purchased cloth sofas before and never had this issue on same day as delivery, now stuck with a sofa that we are unhappy with!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Ordered and paid in full for a three seater sofa, cuddle chair and footstool in December. All arrived in February the footstool came without feet and a tear in the fabric. Contacted them immediately and they said they would send someone out to fix this. After 3 weeks the whole of the back of the sofa was broken and were unable to sit on it. Again contacted them immediately they didn’t send anyone to fix this until May. Footstool still not fixed and said the feet hadn’t been ordered even though I had confirmation they had. Have been in store today and had confirmation that the feet were not ordered till the 16th June. Completely not acceptable. It’s our first and last time ever purchasing from DFS. A ‘gesture of good will’ won’t be discussed until the problem has been resolved but they can’t tell me when this is. Just completely disgusting, as long as they have your money they don’t give a toss. I couldn’t advice people more not to purchase anything from them reference number 86Y467784

Our visit today was extremely good. Jackie our assistant could not of been nicer.She helped us with all the questions we had,she was very knowledgeable about all things DFS. We bought a lovely 2 seater couch came out of the store very happy and cannot wait for delivery.

We went to DFS just to have a look for a bed and we instantly fell in love with one of the beds. Ellis came over and introduced himself and asked if we needed any help. He was professional, informative and friendly. He made sure that we had time to look at the mattresses ourselves and we didn’t feel like we were being pushed into anything. He was very honest and made us feel comfortable. What a credit to the Stockport dfs branch. Thank you very much Ellis. We look forward to receiving our new bed.
