We had an excellent experience with Caroline during our visit. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the range of sofa options available. Caroline provided clear, useful advice and guidance throughout, and at no point did we feel under any pressure.

When we explained our requirements, she identified the most suitable options for us and ensured we had enough time to assess them thoroughly before making our decision. We were delighted with the sofa we chose.

we asked to see all the sofas that were sofa beds, we were shown them all and with the one we were interested in we were show how easy it was to pull the bed out and got to lay on the bed to check how it felt. Michelle was great and gave us space to talk together and look around without her with us, but ensured she was on hand if we had any questions

The lady in the store sorry I don't know her name gave my husband and I great service and advice and then ordered the 2 matressess that we needed.

We also bought 2 cushions that she showed us which were perfect for our family room who knew that they were just sitting on a shelf waiting to be pointed out.

Great customer service, knew what I wanted and the sale was done quickly answering all the questions I needed.
