The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. The store has a good selection of furniture to suit all tastes. The sales advisor we saw was most helpful, friendly and professional without being too overbearing. The products we chose were perfect for our needs and the sales advisor helped us come to a decision by answering all our questions and providing all the information and advice we needed.

We were told a date for delivery and it didn’t turn up leaving us with nothing to sit on for 2 weeks. When the suite finally arrived the sofas were uncomfortable. Engineer put another layer of foam in seat as that’s all they would offer us. It’s still uncomfortable .
Never again will we use dfs

Great experience in DFS Shrewsbury. I knew what I wanted after online research and was looked after by Sarah from the moment I walked into the store. Long wait for delivery but in my case that is fine. If delivery goes as planned then five stars all round.

The service was excellent the sales assistant answered all our questions, left us to sit on the sofa for as long as we needed to make sure that it was what we wanted. She made us a coffee and left us alone until we had made our decision. We let her know when we were ready and she sorted it all out for us while we relaxed on the sofa.

Very good experience, really easy the salesperson Ella dealt with my purchase in an efficient manor she was very informative and wasn’t pushy at all I’d very much recommend her. Overall the staff I encountered were really friendly and were not pushy at all. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything I didn’t want and I’d shop here again
