Went to the store in Salisbury to have a look round & found the sofa we wanted . The assistant was helpful we then decided to order on line as it saved going back to the store .Really easy to order on line & great communication from customer service

Our salesman, Mark, was extremely helpful and patient. He made sure we were aware of all the services and extras that could come with the sofas, but without making us feel pushed into buying anything. We noticed a more relaxed approach to looking around the store, the sales team didn’t jump on us, and as mentioned, they weren’t pushy which made us want to come back and buy the sofas we wanted.

We also got some great recommendations on what we were buying in regard to the difference in sofa quality and materials being used. We also appreciated how friendly everyone was and we genuinely enjoyed the conversation, rather than just needing to get through the sale. If we ever need anything else, we’ll definitely go back to the DFS Salisbury store.

The salesman was really helpful and helped us decide on the sofa we wanted without rushing us or pushing us, he gave us plenty of space and time to make up our own minds. He was very willing to answer any questions we had.

My family and myself went in to generally look around for a new sofa for my mum, the lovely gentleman came over when we were looking at a lovely two seater w/chaise, he was so helpful and informative we decided to get it and he helped us through all the paperwork process and even sat down with us to chat. We have not been disappointed at all, Infact it was worth the trip to be able to meet a lovely salesman and get the sofa my mum always dreamed of, so thanks DFS for the wonderful experience. We picked the colours and sampled a variety but ultimately very happy with the outcome and looking forward to getting our new sofa.
