Great customer service!
On arriving into the store, after a few minutes we were approached by a lovely salesman called khan. He offered his assistance, and also a hot beverage. He was so helpful, and knowledgeable of all the products and furniture in the store. He was so professional, but not pushy. He helped show me all the measurements, even advised me to measure the seating area to make sure the furniture fits, which was great advice. We came away and went back a couple days later to be greeted with warmth and kindness like we were told friends. What a kind man he is. The store was clean and felt comfortable and not overbearing, or being forced into sales. We ended up purchasing some lovely furniture, and can't wait for it to arrive. Our experience was made so much better by the wonderful staff at DFS. Thank you!

Great service
Great service. We were greeted as we went into the store but left to look round on our own, so felt no pressure. Once we had decided what we wanted everything was explained clearly. It was the manager who spoke with us , he was friendly and helpful.
This was at the Romford store and we would highly recommend going there.

The store at Gallows Corner was immaculate spotlessly clean very well displayed goods and the staff was very welcoming very knowledgeable and giving good advice didn’t feel rushed into making a purchase the salesman Khan was second to none on explaining everything to us about the two seater recliner sofa and the payment options very thorough and informative also Faye the manager was excellent overall we had a very pleasant shopping for furniture experience
