Today I went into my local Dfs store, the salesman was good informative and very helpful,and not pushy on selling any particular sofa, and trying his best to give us what we wanted even if the purchase was cheaper than what we was looking at, for me this is great costumer service putting the costumers needs before profit,

Judged based on appearance.
One member of staff judged me so heavily, she went out of her way and said she was "surprised to see me spending a lot of money".
Other members of sales staff who showed me around the showroom were excellent with phenomenal customer service skills, but the woman who completed my transaction ruined the experience.

All staff were super friendly
All staff were super friendly, really helpful and attentive without being pushy. We felt we could take our time and browse the store. The store is also a really lovely environment - it feels clean, cosy and easy to navigate the different types of sofas.
