I recently bought some sofas from DFS, and I have to say the customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked through the door.

Chloe gave us such a warm welcome and immediately made us feel at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, discussing the different sofa options and our preferences. Chloe was incredibly professional while also sharing her expert knowledge and advice, which was invaluable in helping us make the right choice.

The store manager also came over to assist us. Despite only having been with the store for a week, his product knowledge and enthusiasm were impressive and really added to our confidence in our purchase.

Thanks to Chloe’s excellent guidance and support throughout the process, we ended up placing an order and couldn’t be happier with our decision.

It’s refreshing to experience such genuine customer service. The assistant at DFS was very knowledgeable, she explained everything well and was very polite and helpful I did not feel pressured in to anything and she helped us through each decision we made would recommend to other people.

Jana in the Peterborough store was our sales person today. We struck lucky! She welcomed us with a cheery smile when we arrived and then ultimately helped us to find the perfect items. I was looked after by Daniel who was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Not a pushy salesperson at all but very polite and informative and a pleasure to purchase a chair from.

He was extremely patient and helpful throughout our sofa purchase. He took the time to guide us through the different options and clearly explained how we could work out whether the sofa would fit well in our living room.

We visited the store several times, and on each occasion, we specifically preferred to speak with him because of the excellent service he provided. He supported us throughout the entire process, answered all our questions and made sure we were completely happy and confident before making our final purchase decision.

Quality furniture

Daniel helped us on the day he was amazing and was really patient and went through everything with us. He helped us choose the best thing for our needs and budget we feel so much more at ease that we’ve made the right choice and super excited to get our sofa delivered. Thank you Dan for all the help we’d definitely recommend to go in store and speak to somebody rather than online.
