Exceptional service from Peterborough store
After visiting the Kettering store and not receiving a warm welcome from either of the two gentleman stood there talking we decided to visit the Peterborough store, our first visit we was welcomed by Dan, he was warm and welcoming without doing a pushy sale, we needed further measurements so went back on another evening and was assisted by Chloe, both members of staff are a credit to the Peterborough store.

Great service in Peterborough store from staff. Even helped me choose a cheaper footstool than the one I was originally going for which was exactly the same but over £100 cheaper!

The staff and customer service at this DFS was absolutely exceptional very helpful in explaining the times of conditions when buying a sofa and I really felt that the attendant went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and receiving the best for our money and comfort.

Nile made our experience absolutely brilliant. Nile wasn’t pushy, he listened to our needs and helped us make a great decision and gave great advice. Nile made us welcome and didn’t try to rush us in making our decision. I would highly recommend shopping at this store again.

Always use DFS for our sofa!
Nile (I’m sorry if I butchered your name) is genuinely the best guy at deal with at DFS since 2016! He has always helped with decision making in sofa and genuinely cares what you want, DFS is always a great place for sofa we will never go somewhere else 10/10
