Excellent customer service. Derek was of great help making us feel welcome. With a chat over a coffee with Derek his expertise helped us in choosing the right sofa for our home. We could not be happier with the choice we made.

I came in to buy a bed an mattress I was told its best to try out mattress before I buy i like a firm mattress so the guy put me in the right direction of firm mattress I tried it out an was happy with it .

The store has a very friendly atmosphere and the assistant was nice and cheerful. I’m also very happy with the items that I have purchased.

As soon as we went into the store,we never felt under pressure to buy anything and had enough time to look.the gentleman Ash who took to do.with us was excellent and knowledgeable we actually called him a legend because he was so good.

Heather (my birthday twin!) was so helpful and friendly. She had the perfect balance of giving us time to look around but being available to answer any questions we had, and was really knowledgeable about the sofa we ended up buying. Experienced great service and support

I had a really lovely experience in DFS Paisley, I was made to feel welcome by Koray who helped me from start to finish.

It felt like a chilled atmosphere, and didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. Koray really listened to me and even made some suggestions that would suit my home.

Really looking forward to getting my sofa :)

Being able to try the couches in person and speak to a rep who knew what he was talking about makes it more worthwhile visiting the store than buying blind online.

Ash dealt with us and was very easy to understand and very good at explaining everything, also friendly service from him.

Sadiq dealt with us today , he was very helpful helping us choose what we wanted.Sadiq was polite throughout the visit , he didnt rush us in any way , once we picked the sofa he explained everything from start to finish , really nice guy , very good at his job ,he took us round the whole store and helped us choose 100%.Bobby another worker was also very nice to us .well done DFSPaisley.
