Everything was explained about our purchase and time was taken to make our visit to the showroom a lovely relaxing experience.
Customer service was 100% with Ellie who went through the sale with us and explained the benefits of extra cover .
Would highly recommend.

We were able to browse around without being hassled and when we needed assistance it was there promptly. The person was very polite and helpful, gave us all the information we required and explained everything in detail. We left happy after ordering the furniture we required.

The sales rep Earle was FANTASTIC...He explained everything we needed to know he went out of his way to design the different ways the sofa can be moved to fit exactly where i needed the sofa to go and to fit perfect. Highly recommended Earle solid us the sofa within 10 minutes..brilliant sales man! 😁

The gentleman dealing with me was excellent, his name Dennis & there was a lady who wasn’t a sales lady was very nice & looked after me while I was waiting, fetched me a drink, very pleased with the service

Pushy or overbearing. Dennis explained the insurance plan before we purchased.

From beginning to end it was an absolute delight to meet Denis - he was efficient, thorough and an absolute gentleman- very good at his job

No pushy salesmen following you around. Just a pleasant greeting and make you feel like you can ask questions without being pressured into buying something. We went in a few times before deciding on a sofa and everyone we met was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Store manager Brian and sales representative Ellie (The Wellie) both took good care of us and made sure we knew everything about the sofa, the payment options and aftercare before leaving the store. We never felt that we were being "sold to" as they were both coming across as very genuine and kind people. 10 out of 10.

Ellie deserves a bonus, a raise and a promotion. We would highly recommend this store to anyone considering buying a sofa.

Earl was very patient as we worked out which sofa to choose. He talked us through different options and had a laugh along the way!

Dennis and Rachael looked after us very well, they were both super friendly knowledgeable, and we really appreciated that fact that Rachael the manager gave us advance notice that the sofa we chose was due to be in a sale in a couple of weeks time which they would honour the price decrease as it was before delivery, this made good customer service excellent customer service, thank you

I requested my sofa to be cancelled within 24 hours and they still have not cancelled it and I still keep getting emails to say my purchase is arranged. I have rang multiple times and it has still not been done.

Amazing customer service from the multiple members of staff that we spoke to. Showed us all the items on offer / set offers you get when buying something, really really helpful. Cannot thank them enough for getting us our dream sofa for our first home. Didn’t feel pressured into anything and he gave us time alone to thing about it and talk through payment options etc.
