Great choice. Friendly staff who don’t hassle you as you are looking but will leave you to make decision in peace, then come in when YOU are ready.

Went with my partner to look at sofas. Lee was brilliant from start to finish. He made us feel welcome and took the time to answer all questions. We ended up buying a sofa due to his excellent customer service and the time he took to get to know us and what we liked. He really listened to what we are looking for. He is a true credit to the company and was a pleasure to meet today.
Bryan (manager) was helpful as well but Lee blew us away with his customer service.

Customer service was awesome! Answered every question I had and made the process so easy! Pamela informed me most couches have detachable arms (that I needed) and Dennis?(I can’t remember) made the buying process so smooth and explained everything to me!

I went to two DFS stores in my local area when looking for a new sofa. Both had a great range of products and were happy for me to look around at my own pace. I went to the Castle Marina, Nottingham, store three times both on my own and with my children. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, they asked if we needed any help and were respectful when we said we were just looking but made themselves available when we had questions. When we had made a decision, I had no hesitation in going back and asking to speak with Dennis who had been very helpful on our previous visits.

The gentleman who helped us (Dennis) was awesome in everyway, so helpful, patient, professional,kind& totally thorough in ensuring we got exactly what we wanted, he was truly amazing & I’d encourage anybody to go to DFS! Thank you Dennis 👍

The wide range of sofas and access to swatches helped us to confirm what we wanted having previously made some choices from online viewing. Dennis, your colleague who advised and assisted was excellent too

We came in on a busy weekend and the store manager swiftly organised for Earl to come speak with us. Earl was very polite, charming and answered every question we had. It was a great service and we are looking forward to receiving our new furniture.

Libby is a fabulous sales person. She was incredibly helpful and showed me all my options for a sofa bed demonstrating how it opened and closed and all the fabric options. She gave me as much time as I needed and was not pushy at all. She was so good that when I went back to buy the sofa I specifically asked for her as she goes the extra mile and is friendly and makes the customer feel confident and informed.

This is the third occasion I have ordered sofas from DFS in Nottingham and each time the service has always been faultless. Earl was the salesman for all 3 purchases in 2015, 2018 and 2026 what an absolutely amazing member of staff and should be commended. I definitely would not go anywhere else - thank you
