We brought a 2 seater and armchair from DFS, and this is a very comfortable sofa and we were very pleased with the colour. However when we purchased this the sales assistant Henna, The sales assistant service was ok overall, however we think the DFS staff may need a little more training on service, as our service assistant asked us to leave a good review for commission, which we found not professional. The delivery of the sofas went very well however the delivery people did not set up with chase remotes and left us to figure out how to work them, they are still not working.

Very happy with the way we were treated…
Very happy with the way we were treated in store. Tan came over and we asked about material and cleaning and he recommended various sofa styles. We chose one we liked and the whole experience was great.

As I win the lottery. The friendly lovely female as a butterfly explain everything, check everything and if called her colleges for secondary check. Lovely staff, professional and very friendly. 5 stars is nothing because today I saw two more.

Great furniture and great friendly staff , was offered a great cup of coffee and didn’t have to wait long before being dealt with ?
