I had an amazing experience at DFS from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the whole process. What stood out most was the respect, kindness, and warmth with which was treated. I never felt pressured, and every question I had was answered patiently and thoroughly. The team made choosing our sofa an enjoyable and stress-free experience, taking the time to understand our needs and helping us find the perfect option. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Thank you to everyone at DFS and many thanks especially to Joseph for making the experience so positive. I would highly recommend DFS to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer care.

I was shattered and looking for a very specific colour, feel and shaped sofa.
The first lady who offered me help, proceeded to tell me they didn't have what I was looking for and then pointed me in a random direction to have a look at what was in store.
But Fahima was SO helpful. She saw me testing out sofas and obviously looking a little despondent at being dismissed by the other member of staff and she spent a LOT of time with me and advising me. I went in for one sofa and left with a sofa, a sofa bed, a rug, 4 dining chairs, a side table and cushions because of how helpful and attentive she was. She was friendly but professional and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Brilliant service.

So easy and hassle free

Don was incredibly helpful when it came to deciding on the sofa I chose. He went out his way to make sure I saw it from every angle to ensure I was happy with it. He gave me space to think before I committed. He was thorough in explaining extras and finance options. A very professional salesman.

Wonderful customer service

I purchased a sofa set. The team was welcoming and gave us enough space to browse the store and make a decision, which gave us the freedom to explore. They were cooperative and provided all the information we needed. Joseph explained the sofa's features and its maintenance requirements. Overall, the service was very good.

Good in all ramifications

Very happy experience, the girl was informative and clear about all the things l needed to know.

Staff members are attentive but not overly attentive which I found good. Choice in the store was decent and staff were friendly and knowledgeable about everything I asked them about. Yet to receive my order, so don’t have any experience with the delivery service and the quality of the product
