Recently bought new furniture from the DFS Store in Lincoln, we already knew exactly what we wanted, having visited the store earlier in the year. On both occasions the service was exceptional, in the first instance we were guided by Chami and on the second occasion by (little) Josh. They both made the whole process seamless, being very knowledgable and extremely competent. Thanks to both of you.

We were served by a delightful lady called shona, she was so friendly. I took my whole family inc my daughters boyfriend and my dad, so we could all sit on sofas and decide together. Shona included us all, really help with colour choices and finding a display that resembled our wallpaper at home to see how the colour would match. We explained our budget and she brought the total to within that. Explained everything very clearly, we are in no doubt what we have and what to expect.

This store has exceptional staff with great customer service. The store has a really nice atmosphere and a wide selection of sofas. We were looked after by Daniel who made the process of the purchase of our new sofa very easy. I would highly recommend this store to family and friends.

Elle was wonderful. Myself and my partner are moving into our first rental property and nipped to look at our options. Elle was warm, inviting, attentive, and answered all of our questions with ease. We walked out of there feeling confident with our selection and what the next steps look like with delivery and caring for our sofa.

We were warmly greeted by Sham our sales representative. After confirming the furniture we wanted and colours available, we made out choice and everything was plain sailing throughout the process.
