DFS customer service has always been really good, friendly staff always say hello when you walk by or smile, will ask if you need help and if you don’t they’re happy to walk away and tell you to let you know when you need them, we spoke to Dianne(Dee) I think her name was and she was so friendly and made the experience incredible

The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful. Very good customer service; they discussed options; colours and different options for the sofa legs.
Discussed the guarantee and additional upgrades to the guarantee.
The only disappointment was that the sofas do not come with cushions as one would expect.

Salesman Matt, left us alone while we looked around, and only after we'd spent a bit of time looking at the settee we liked, did he approach and ask if we was ok, we told him we were looking and deciding, so he left us alone a bit longer, then when we was ready, he came to offer us information about the settee we was looking at, after fetching us a coffee, we said yes we're interested, he was not pushy at all, told us all the options, explained about the extra cover we could take out, but never once did we feel like it was a hard sell... So overall very happy with our experience, pleased with our purchase, and once again DFS, has met our needs.

Charlotte was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, she explained the whole process in detail and even stayed behind after her shift had ended to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Amazing customer service.

Great service
The salesman Matt, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He never rushed us at all even though we did take some time to decide our purchase. We do have one suggestion, it would be fantastic if other stores (ie Grantham where we live) could hold just one of each style of dining chairs to negate the need to take a two hour round trip to Nottingham.
