Rachel our salesperson was brilliant. Gave us time to look and was on hand for any questions. Very easy sales process, friendly and professional. Store was well stocked and nicely laid out. Walked out with a sofa and dining suite.

Lovely furniture, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff.
Staff were very nice and welcoming. Helped with everything I needed and getting my new sofa ordered. Explained and went through everything I could add and change.
Had a big range of sofas to look at so that you could see different ones in different colours and I found the one I was looking for online and in person it looked even better
I spoken and went through everything with one of the girls that worked there and sorted everything out for me and she was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to others to come to this DFS.

Easy to order and sort out the finance. We ordered the wrong sofa in store but when I rang Dfs they responded straight away and Matt from Giltbrook rang us back within the hour to confirm and re-sort.
