Great service from the man who served me. Nothing was a bother and he explained well about the fabric of sofa and how to look after it. He gave great advice on colours and explained various options on how to pay. Overall a great service.

Great customer service
We called into DFS just to browse at sofas, not intending to purchase that day. We were approached by Rachel who was very friendly making us feel relaxed, she was knowledgeable about the product. She emailed us all the information. We left the shop to visit a friend but returned a few hours later to make a purchase. Great customer service.

I recently purchased my new sofas in store and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Louis looked after me throughout the process and provided outstanding customer service.
