Went to the showroom to check for sofas, great customer service, prompt delivery and great payment plan.
Amazing experience overall. I recommend.

Pamela was so nice, friendly but very professional, will definitely be first showroom I visit when replacing my sofas.

We had been planning to upgrade our old corner unit for a while, and decided that today was the day 03/08/26. Chose DFS metro retail park had a look around with no pressure or hard sell just us at our own pace.When we had made our choice then a member of staff became involved again with no pressure and no you must have this,that, or the other.
All done and dusted in about forty minutes,paid for delivery date set and all parties happy the kind of service we like and again no pressure,just freedom to make our own decision.

The showroom is light, bright, friendly and well laid out, we especially liked the coordinated accessories.
The staff did not pressurise us, but responded immediately when we asked for information about a settee. He was friendly, helpful and gave us useful information about the settee.
Our order was recorded quickly with minimum fuss and we liked the fact the order was checked by another member of staff to ensure it was correct.
We were pleasantly surprised at the quick delivery time- only 2 weeks!! Very excited!!
We’re also impressed with the five year guarantee and our member of staff gave us valuable information about how to keep the settee in good order.
Altogether an easy, reassuring and pleasant experience, thank you we will definitely recommend DFS 👍

Was patient and clear what we needed

Great service from the man who served me. Nothing was a bother and he explained well about the fabric of sofa and how to look after it. He gave great advice on colours and explained various options on how to pay. Overall a great service.

Shell from the Gateshead branch was welcoming and helpful the second we stepped through the front door. Her helpfulness and expertise made the process so simple in us purchasing our dream sofa.

Greeted by friendly staff upon entering the store but didn't feel 'ambushed'. The lovely Emma dealt with us and was so smiley and helpful. A really pleasant experience.
