We had a very pleasant experience today in your dundee store, the very well informed young lady helped us choose the perfect sofa for myself and my husband, he has medical needs which can sometimes prove problematic but she put him at ease, she was attentive and curtious which we appreciated.

Friendly, lovely staff :)
Popped in on my lunch break to order a new sofa. Amy was absolutely lovely - so friendly and knowledgeable! The sofa was ordered with no hassle (other than the tablet being a bit slow) and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! 😊

Positive experience
I had a very positive experience at DFS in Dundee, I was looked after by Jackson who I found to be extremely helpful and indeed a very personable, likeable young man. He was thorough and explained everything I needed to know about the reclining chair I had purchased and gave detailed information about caring for the fabric of the chair and details of extended warranty. I felt relaxed and unhurried throughout the whole process.
